Windows 10: Can't use laptop as a mobile hotspot

I am trying to set up my laptop as a mobile hotspot for my Android phone. I want to share the laptop's wi-fi internet connection with the phone over a bluetooth connection between the phone and laptop. I can connect the phone and laptop via bluetooth and turn on the laptop mobile hotspot. The phone bluetooth settings say the phone is "connected to device for Internet access." However, as soon as the bluetooth connection completes, the laptop wi-fi turns off and I lose my Internet. I cannot turn it on again unless I terminate the bluetooth connection. Mobile hotspot in windows 10 laptop

You may change the password of your mobile hotspot so that the person you don't allowed to use it can't connect to it. To assist you better, we'd like to know if you've tried changing the password. Which build and version of Windows 10 are you using?

In the meantime, we suggest that you follow these steps below on how you can change the password of the Mobile hotspot.:

• Open Settings then select Network & Internet.
• Choose Mobile hotspot.
• Under Mobile hotspot section, you can see the current name of the Wi-Fi hotspot and password. To change mobile hotspot name or password or both, click the
  Edit button.
• Enter a new password for the network. Click Save button. Note that the password must be of at least 8 characters.

Windows not discovering mobile hotspot

Hello everyone,
I have been connecting my mobile hotspot with my laptop wifi for more than 3 months, but recently I faced a problem.
My laptop is unable to discover my mobile phone's hotspot. But my laptop can discover other mobile phone's hotspot.

Again, my mobile hotspot is discoverable by any other devices except my laptop.

I have done the following things but it failed to solve the problem:
1. I clicked "forgot" my mobile hotspot network under wifi settings/mange known network in my laptop.
2. I have uninstalled my laptop's wifi driver and reinstalled a new one.
3. I have checked for updates and installed all the updates shown in my laptop.
4. I have factory rest my phone.

I use Windows 10 in my laptop.
Anyone who can suggest me anything about the problem?
