Windows 10: Can’t Use Mic that should be play and play. What to do?

Trouble using a built in bluetooth headset with mic while playing games in Windows 10

Hello,

I really need help with my bluetooth headphone for playing games in Windows 10!

I can´t use both speakers and mic while playing games in windows 10. If I want to use the speakers I need to go in Task Bar > Sounds (right click) and deactivate the recording devide of the headset. After doing that, the sound becomes normal and I can use
it in game, but only the speakers.

Another important thing to say is that If let the mic activated, only when I get in a online match inside the game the speaker sound turns off! But in the game menu the sounds works fine.

I tested the mic in Windows 10 using cortana and it works. Also the speakers. I mean, in windows 10 I can use both of them simultaneously. Only inside games I have problems.

Any suggestions? Please this is really annoying, since I bought this bluetooth headset for playing online using the mic.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to turn on auto play for DVD and check if it helps.

• Press “Windows+X”.
• Go to “Control panel”.
• Click on “auto play”.
• Under the tab “choose what happens when you insert each type of media or device” check the box “Use auto play for all media and devices”.
• Then under the option DVD you can select the appropriate option and check if it helps.

USB Mic Problems.

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.
