Windows 10: Can't use mouse side buttons

Hey guys!So, I formated my Windows and after that my mouse side buttons stopped working.I already tried using two different mouses and none of them work. I also tested both mouses on another computer and they work fine there.All I can think of is that my system is missing some files or drivers and I can't figure out which ones. I already installed drivers for both mouses downloaded on their respective websites, I already download all drivers for my device downloaded on the manufacturer's website, so I'm guessing it's something windows related.I'm trying to set some macros to the side buttons.

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue. I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check. Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Type Mouse and Touchpad Setting in Search and hit
  Enter.
• Change settings as per your requirement; click on Advance mouse options.
• Change settings under Buttons, Points, Pointer options, Wheel.

Windows 10 mouse button changes

• Did you make any changes on the settings on your PC, particularly with the mouse settings?
• Have you tried plugging the mouse to a different USB port?
• Does it only happen when clicking links, or the left mouse button is completely not functioning at all?
• Have you tried plugging the mouse to a different PC?
• What are the troubleshooting steps you have done so far?
