Windows 10: Cant use my card cuz it wasnt issued in the US and the strore wont accept my zip code

When trying to enter my debit card info to make a purchase in the store it wont accept my zip code , LC03 201. i have tried using my other address but as its in the US it wont accept my card since it was issued in Saint Lucia . How can i get past this incredibly ridiculous flaw? and what does the region on my pc have to do with buying a game? who's bright idea was this?

microsoft store not accepteing debit mastercard

When I try to purchase or add my debit card Microsoft is not letting me.. I don't understand why cuz I used the same card before, and I checked with my bank and everything is good. My card is accepted every where accept Microsoft store. I feel like im
being discriminated against. It gives me error code 30450. I called ms and they told me that the card is invalid which is redeculous cuz my card is 100% valid....

 

.zip can't be set to File Explorer

  Type Default programs
  in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Click on choose default programs by file type
  
• 
  Select .zip
  and select File Explorer

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
