Windows 10: Can't use notepad, search bar, microsoft store, nvidia control panel, tried all kind of...

I tried to give myself full ownership of the whole C drive and I think that caused these issues to happen, I tried all kinds of fixes reseting the store, fetching packages with powershell for the search bar and the microsoft store but nothing is working, my windows button works surprisingly. I also cant find microsoft store in my installed app list and its just grayed out in the windows taskbar, when I press the search button it glows blue and thats it, in file explorer I get no reaction. I cant attach a screenshot because the snipping tool doesnt work and I dont have a printscreen button on

Nvidia Control Panel Missing

Do you have the DCH driver installed? You need to grab the controlpanel from the Microsoft Store if you do. If you don't then just DDU your driver in safe mode, plug out the ethernet/wireless connection and install the standard Nvidia driver manually. This will fix it. I can write or link you a step-by guide if you are unfamiliar with it.

Can't install NVIDIA control panel from Microsoft Store

I'm on the latest Windows 10. I've just installed an NVIDIA graphics card. Every day I get a popup saying NVIDIA control panel is not installed.

everytime i try to download this ******* control panel app from the Microsoft store i get an error next to the download bar, then it says download completed. the problem is, the program doesnt get downloaded. everytime when i open the nvidia control
panel page in microsoft store, they want me to install it even though i clicked that *********** install button already 1000000000x times!!!

PLease help me i already deleted temp files
