I cannot log in to OneDrive, or use Onenote.My OneDrive said it was over the storage limit, so I deleted almost all the files. I am now using only 1GB of data, but it thinks I am still over the limit and therefore my OneDrive account is "frozen". I have already checked my recycle bin and I have cleared that out.My Onenote says "OneNote cannot create a new notebook at: *destination*I would assume these two issues are linked and would be solved if my OneDrive would refresh and realise that it is not over the limit, however I do not know how to make it do that.Any suggestions?I have tried to atta

"You've reached the storage limit on your phone. Go free...." How?

Just got a HTC Surround from ATT. Signed in to xbox live app, tried to do something and says" You've reached your storage limit." There is no place to go manage storage or delete anything. I get a similar message in other apps.

Any suggestions on how to do this?

OneDrive storage limit questions

I am suddenly receiving a message that I have exceeded my OneDrive storage limit. My current plan shows as 15 GB, and my storage shows 49.2 GB used of 30 GB. Two questions...

1. Why am I getting this warning all of a sudden? I have not added any new files to my OneDrive, so I've almost certainly been over the 30GB limit for a long time. So, why now?

2. The only option I can find to add more storage is $1.99/month for 50 GB. I am obviously going to need more than 50 GB. Is 50 GB the maximum storage I can get?

OneDrive reducing to free storage limit.

I had a OneDrive only subscription but it became difficult to use where I am in Mainland China, so subscribed with a local cloud backup, but I still have OD on three of my devices, and on one it is showing the grey cloud with a line through it. I tried to log in but when I tried to log in the screen went blank. I'd like to use it still in its free limit.

I got an email saying that I'm over the storage limit, and currently OD is delinked from my desktop, and I guess I should try to delete the files in it so that it meets the 5 GB limit, but how to do that?
