Windows 10: Can't use personal account with active Azure subscription on Microsoft Learn AZ-900

Hello,When I attempt to use my account with active pay-as-you-go subscription for the Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 exercise modules, I receive the following error: "Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '18fbca16-2224-45f6-85b0-f7bf2b39b3f3' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account." I have verified in my Azure portal that the Sandbox Directory has been created and I have access to it. Is there anything I can do to correct this issue so that I may use this

My AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification is gone

Hi,

Back in November 2021 i took the AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification, but now I can't find it. I worked at a different company back then, but I believe I made sure to link the certification to my private email in case I would ever change jobs.

Can anyone help me?

 

Unable to get Azure fundamental az(900) certificate

I have completed azure fundamental az (900) exam on 4 may 2024 and I got mail congratulations for passing exam but when I signed in and checking in dashboard I am unable to find certificate.

My Profile name has mismatch for AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals - English (ENU) exam.

Given first name as 'Hari', middle name as 'Krishna', last name as 'Puppala'

In my Govt. ID card, It is 'Puppala Hari Krishna'. I have already contacted to Pearson Vue, They told me to reach Microsoft team
