Windows 10: cant use R-ALT plus B

so this morning i got this strange "error" where my R-ALT+B right alt dosent work on the windows 10. Thing is that all other keybinds work, beside this one. I also discovered, that if I press L-ALT + R-ALT, i will be able to use R-ALT+B i can open curly brace, but if i let of my R-ALT, and then try to press it again and open curly brace, it dosent work.so: L-ALT + R-ALT then R-ALT R-ALT+B - workslet of: R-ALT then R-ALT+B R-ALT+B - dosent workNOTE: I tried changing keyboard language, removing it and then addming it a

Conflicts with the user account settings is one of the possible reasons why the secure sign-in option is enabled on your computer even if the box in the settings is not checked. I would suggest that you enable and disable the
Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete. You can follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + R.
• Type control userpasswords2 or netplwiz and press the Enter key.
• Click the Advanced tab.
• Under Secure sign-in, check the Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete checkbox.
• Click Apply.
• Restart your computer.
• Open the same settings again and uncheck the Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete checkbox and follow the
