    Cant use USB & USB Root Hub error on Windows 11 but Works in Safe Mode


    device status reads, windows cannot the device driver for this hardware, the driver may be corrupted or missing .{Code 39}{bad File}The attributes of the specified mapping file for a section of memory cannot be read.The laptop is a HP 430 G6. The USB ports work in safe mode. I have tried to unistall the drievrs but the are reinstalled withe the same error on restart, I could not find upper or lower filters on the registry, HP doesnt have USB spefic drivers for the device, what can do to resolve the issue
