Windows 10: Cant verify my identity because of the verification needing two Codes

I've forgotten my Microsoft password and tried to use the the verification method I allowed on the account using my main email and a separate email for this Issue, however when I get the verification code for one of the emails it forces me to get another Code from the other email which I can't do because it doesn't let me get more than one code a day.It won't let me sign out, I'm forced to use that account to sign into my computer with no way of getting in because it won't let me use two verification codes. Despite forcing me to use two emails.

"Windows need to verify your identity" message nearly daily

There's no verification code involved.

• A message appears in the Action Center and says something like "Windows need to verify your identity, click here to continue".
• I click the link and it opens up my user account in System\Accounts\Your email and accounts.
• Under where it says "Manage my Microsoft account", there's a new link that says "Verify".
• I click the Verify link. The cursor spins for about 2 seconds and the Verify link goes away. The end.

I have received this code about a 100 times, either to my phone or my e-mail. It lasts about an hour or two, then I get the “We need to verify your identity” pop-up again.

Two-step sign in is not activated.

I also noticed that on the "My devices" page, my desktop PC is shown with detailed info, like motherboard type, Windows 10 Core (10.0.10586.63), etc.

But my other computer, the laptop, is just listed as "PC". No other information is available, not Windows version, no hardware details, nothing. That laptop is the only one that gets this annoying “We need to verify your identity” despite me having entered
the code over a hundred times in any available way.

I am quite certain that the fact that not detailed PC or Windows information is closely related to the “We need to verify your identity” problem.
