    Cant verify my identity on microsoft website


    I have been trying to add an alias email to my account for the past hour. When I click edit account info, it takes me to a log in for the email that already exists. I log in, but then it says i must verify my identity. I get a code sent to the device the email is already on, and input it. But after i put in the code, it takes me to a new page that is broken. All that appears is a white box with a smaller grey box. The email is displayed at the top. And I can click on the grey box but it does nothing. The website is fully loaded, and if i reload it, it just takes me back to the password input.T
