Windows 10: Can’t view gta 4 clips

I have several gta 4 clips saved on my pc but i can’t watch them because when I try to it says it’s a .cli file and I can’t open it. i tried exporting it but when i put it in the editing software it says it doesn’t support the videos file. Can someone please help me fix this?

I saved a ton of gta 4 clips on my pc. But I cannot veiw them because every time I t try to windows photo veiwer, media player, and VLC says that they dont support the video format. How can I fix this?

• Memory: 1.5GB.
• Free Hard Drive Space: 16GB.
• Video Card: 256MB NVidia 7900 / 256MB ATI X1900.
• DirectX 9 compatible Stereo Sound Card.
• Keyboard.
• Mouse.

Please answer these questions to assist you better.

• Which version of GTA are you using?
• Is the issue specific to GTA game?
• When you say 'cannot run on 600*400*32' are you referring to screen resolution?

If yes I suggest you to follow the steps below and check.

• Type Change the Screen resolution on Search
  and hit Enter.
• Under Resolution change to Recommended settings.
