Windows 10: cant view jpegs

i cannot see jpegs on my laptops since uploading new version of windows 10. I have tried the solutions on the other posts to no avail the message says "it appears that we do not support this file format

If you have a jpeg 2000 file format it will not work with Internet Explorer due to incompatibility or security reasons.

We suggests that you try the steps below:

Method 1: Reset zones to default

• On Internet explorer > Go to Tools.
• Click Security > Click on Reset all zones to default level

Method 2:

• Go to the website you want to upload the files.
• Click on Tools drop down.
• Choose Compatibility View Settings > Then add the website.
• Refresh the page and try to upload the files again.

How can I change my default view of images to my Photoshop jpeg format?

If that's the case, kindly try these steps and see if this resolves the issue:

• Open File Explorer, then right-click on a JPEG file.
• Select Properties, then click Change beside
  Opens with.
• Select Photoshop. If Photoshop is not on the list, select
  Look for another app on this PC.
• From the list, select Photoshop.

If the Photoshop app is missing, we highly suggest that you update the app or uninstall; then reinstall the Photoshop app through Windows Store.

I am not able to view video of JPEG video files. I can only view the sound

Hi,

Does anyone know how to view JPEG videos? I am able to click on the file and I can hear the video but I have no video picture on any of my JPEG videos. Any suggestions?
