    Hello, For a long time now, any time I try to write to ANY external drive usb, ssd, hdd. I keep getting destination file access denied. I have tried a lot of fixes available on the internet:I formatted the drive to NTFS and gave it permissions I ran diskpart and gave it permissionsChanged WriteProtect to 0Edited group policy editor fixreinstalled my usb driversamong many moreI am at a loss on what to do.     Destination Folder Access Denied

    I have a Windows 10 PC. When I try to copy folders & files from my PC hard drive to an external drive on my network, I get the following message: "Destination Folder Access Denied. You need permission to perform this action." I can view all of the
    files that are on the external drive. However, I cannot save anything into the external drive and I cannot copy or move files and folders to the external drive. This is very frustrating. It sort of defeats the purpose for having a share drive hooked up
    to a home network.

    Access denied to copy files into external drive

    Within the past three days a problem has consumed my computer. Daily i move files from my desktop to an external hard drive or flash drive. On Monday when i did the same at the end of my day, the system popped up a message saying "Destination Folder Access
    Denied". While working and not trying to move files, I get a random message that says K:\ Recycle Bin is corrupted, Do you want to empty recycle bin. I've tried emptying the Recycle bin, but again "Access denied". I've gone online and searched various solutions
    all of which has not corrected my problem. The only thing new added to my computer is Google Chrome. I've tried my drives in other computers and they work fine, just as they use to work fine on my desktop. Anyone experiencing the same problem? Help!
