Windows 10: cant write to sd card

Discus and support cant write to sd card in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; my computer recignizes my sd card and writes to it but when i remove it from my computer even with safety eject and put it back in the files are not...     my computer recignizes my sd card and writes to it but when i remove it from my computer even with safety eject and put it back in the files are not there. the same happens on all pc'si have also tried deleting the partition with mini partition tool but it did not delete the partition
