Windows 10: Capital m key not working online

I have noticed that my capital m key has stopped working online. When I press left or right shift and the m key it doesn't register a capital w on internet explorer but it does with every other key. Also, the lower case m does register but the capital. It does register a capital m offline in notepad etc. however not online.

Cannot write capital m letter using shift key.

I'm having this problem that I cannot use capital m by using shift key and I cannot use shift+m combination to create a macro. I've used the combination at my macro with steelseries apex raw keyboard to mute microphone at teamspeak3 and it worked a while
back. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix to this problem?

I have a laptop computer and the same problem with the inbuild keyboard and other keyboards.

 

shift + m key not working!

Hi. Recently my shift + 'm' key isn't working. I know for a fact it worked yesterday because I typed something using a capital m. I've restarted my computer. I've used other keyboards. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. I'm not sure what else
to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I'm running windows 10, just updated.

Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2016 edition.

I have not installed any software in the past week.

If any other info is needed i'll be happy to provide it

 

Shift Key Changes Capitalization

When I happen to by needing to use the shift key while editing text in most Office applications, the shift key changes the capitalization of the word. Press it once and the first letter comes capitalized, and I think the whole word becomes capitalized if
you press shift again. This is insanely irritating, because anytime you are using any keyboard shortcut or anything that requires the shift key, it changes the capitalization status of your words.

How do I turn off the ability of the shift key to change capitalization?
