Windows 10: Caplocks blinking irregularly causing mouse to seize

Caplocks blinking irregularly causing mouse to seize on hp windows 8.. Does resetting solve this problem?

We appreciate the update. The circuit board inside a mouse is delicate, and any hardware errors can result in performance issues like the one that you're experiencing. Once we've eliminated the root cause of this issue by performing the approriate troubleshooting
steps, the only steps left on the list are: to check if this still happens when using a different mouse, and to have your mouse checked for hardware errors.

mouse is not working right


unfortunately there isn't a lot to a usb mouse. what i would suggest is checking the power management settings on it.

Right-click the start menu and choose device manager
Expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers at the very bottom
Double-click on each HUB you have listed, click Power Management Tab at the top, and UNCHECK "Allow this computer to turn off this device to save power"
You may have HUBs called Generic and Root Hub. Perform the step above on All of them.

If you continue to have the issue, i would imagine your mouse is malfunctioning. Perhaps try another mouse just to be sure. This will help you determine if it is in fact the mouse of computer causing the issue.

My Microsoft Arc Mouse has blinking white

What does blinking white means?

Also, it stopped working. When I add Bluetooth, it appears on my list but now it is not listed or discovered. I follow the click for 10 seconds, I actually click it for 20-30 seconds, and even 60 seconds. Still not yet discovered.

I already turn it on and off. Remove it to pair it again. Turn Airplane mode on and all, but still it cant detect my mouse.

It is blinking white at the mouse pad of the mouse and has blue light at the back.

What did happen to it? Thanks
