Windows 10: Capped download speed? something along the lines of that.

I've tried a ridiculous amount of things, Command prompts, WNAN WLAN services, and so much more. It's getting tiring, originally I had a download speed of 400+ Mbps 60-80 MBs now I'm down to 10 MBs/100 Mbps, It's beyond frustrating. My Internet speed Link/Transmit is 1000/1000 Mbps, I couldn't upload the screenshot for some reason. Any possible solutions would be amazing, whether it be talking to my provider or whatever. I just need something because I'm getting sick of this.

"Capped" download speed on wireless connection on the computer

Greg, please just don't go to Bing, search for "slow internet speed windows 10" and post the 10 first websites here, my friend. The suggestions on these websites has nothing to do with my issue.

If you don't know what can cap a download speed on Windows (which is not a signal or connection issue), please leave the question to another expert.

 

Capped download speeds and 0 upload

I recently followed a tutorial on PC optimization for gaming. I have since been experiencing capped download speeds around 90 and essentially no upload speeds. I have a 1 GIG Fiber connection. My phone even runs faster speeds. What is the solution?

 

Download speeds capped only in certain programs

I have 15MB/sec download speed, but I never actually seen it go that high until I downloaded some games from the Microsoft Store.

When I'm using a torrent program, Steam/etc, or downloading within my internet browsers (all with no bandwidth restrictions in the options), the rate seems to be capped around 2MB/sec.

Am I missing an option that's capping download speeds except with using Microsoft programs/etc?
