Windows 10: Caps Lock / NumLock notification

first of all i searched far and long and no solutions worked since i do not have Screen configurations tab. it randomly started showing and its kicking me out of apps for this stupid useles pile of garbage i need help since it i cna barely play games now sorry for anger but its just pointless

I have windows 10 and I am trying to turn off caps lock and numlock notifications. All the guides are for previus version of windows. I need help to solve that issue. thanks a lot

 

Caps Lock notification removal

If the previous steps did not apply to your scenario, you may turn off the caps lock notification by deselecting a service in
System Configuration called QLC Controller Service. Below are the steps to do so:

• Press Windows + R on your keyboard.
• Type msconfig in the Run box.
  
• Go to Startup or Services tab.
• End or uncheck the QLC Controller service.
• Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Caps Lock Icon

Hi Graeme,

The Caps Lock On indicator may have been disabled that's why it doesn't appear on your screen when Caps Lock is on. To have it enabled, follow these steps:

• Right-click on your desktop and click Display Settings.
• Click Advanced display settings.
• Scroll down and click Display adapter properties.
• Click the Screen configurations tab and check the box for
  Enable on-screen display.
• Under Indicator settings for NumLock and CapsLock, look for While the numeric lock or the caps lock is ON section and choose either
  Show the indicator for a few seconds or Always show the indicator on the screen.
• Click Apply, then OK.
