Windows 10: Caps Lock on-screen indicator won't disappear

Whenever I press Caps Lock, Num Lock or FnLock, my Lenovo ideaPad Gaming 3 laptop won't stop showing an annoying **** indicator.I've been trying to look it up online, but just like this person:That doesn't work. I used to have the same problem when I first got my laptop, so I've already removed anything Lenovo-related except for Lenovo Vantage.I've already disabled unnecessary animations in Ease of Access and don't play any sounds when pressing those buttons. I haven't been bothered by this **** for a year+, but it's randomly decided to return. Can't find **** to fix it online, so here we are.

Caps Lock is on indicator stuck

The indicator for "Caps Lock is on" is stuck on. Caps lock is actually off, but the indicator won't go away. I'm on a Dell desktop and Windows 10. My windows password is in all caps so i press the caps lock key when I log into windows. But after logging
in, the caps lock indicator in the middle of the display doesn't go away. As I'm typing this, that indicator is front and center on my screen. Pressing the caps lock key works properly in terms of turning caps lock on and off but it doesn't remove the indicator
on the display when caps lock is off. Here's a screen shot of my screen right now. Notice the "Caps Lock is on" indicator. Please help!

NO INDICATION FOR CAPS LOCK

No indication for caps lock and unlock on screen or on keyboard lights.

 

My caps lock won t turn off

I'm typing a letter in word, it was fine then started using all caps it won t turn them the usual way
