Windows 10: Captcha glitch when selecting images - Fails to Verify on first attempt Note: CAPTCHA ISSUE

Backstory, websites where I have had an account are now using captcha when they did not before.


The problem is once I've selected the images, and click on verify, I get a red alert statement Please try again.


I have to re-verify three and four times before the captcha is correctly verified and I can log into account.


Why is this happening?


Not my first Captcha experience, I know how it works...


I recorded a captcha process for future reference don't know if I can submit video here...


I use Windows 10 Home version, Firefox browser current level.


What can you tell me?

Do you mean that this captcha image is missing from Nokia Ovi Suite PC application or do you mean that captcha image is missing from some web page?



Can you add link to web page here?

Captcha might have a problem with Microsoft Edge. Try using Internet Explorer instead.

Press Windows key + R

Type: iexplore.exe

Hit Enter

See if you can view the captcha prompts.

Hi, same thing happening here. Trying to register Ovi suite 2.1.1.1. No captcha image, so no registration. TP
