Windows 10: captcha isnt working in any browser and its exclusive to just this device

i try to login in some webistes and some of them instead of showing captcha they show a blank gray rectangle instead of the captcha i tried other browsers but they dont work too but in my other devices with the same networks it works perfectly this pc is new and everything is set to default so i guess this is a windows problem. ill be glad if someone could help i need to log in those websites

IE 11 and Google Chrome browsers captcha verification nor working

I tried clean the cache and cookies on the browsers. I checked the settings for my PC's connection. The Use a proxy server is turned off. But, the captcha verification on the browsers still doesn't work at all. Any suggestions ?

Recently, the captcha verification process on my browsers IE 11 and Chrome installed on Windows 10 stopped working properly. Slowly, it was getting more difficult to pass the captcha verification on these browsers. Now, it's impossible to pass the the captcha
verification process. When I try to download files on some sites or try to login on to my accounts on some sites, a captcha selection showing tiles of pictures are showing, the instruction on top usually says click all pictures that are street signs or roads
and so on, and then click verify. I follow the the exact instructions as described on how to verify the captcha, but the system will not accepted the result. The system then generates a captcha selection again, and asks me to verify all pictures that are street
signs or roads and so on. When I verify the captcha again, the system won't accept it again. This process keeps repeating again and again until the system exhausts in generating captchas. As you can see, It's impossible to pass the captcha verification on
these two browsers. The captcha verification system seems to be working fine on my Firefox browser for now. I can usually pass the captcha verification on Firefox with few tries.

I don't know why the captcha verification is not working on my IE 11 and Chrome browsers now. The captcha verification on these two browsers were working fine months ago. Is it possible that some settings on my browsers or Windows 10 or my HP computer have
been altered or set up to behave in such a way ? Or is this a problem with IE 11 and Chrome browsers at large ? Can some help me fix this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

Captcha and similar account verification processes not working in Windows 10 Microsoft Edge browser AND in Internet Explorer with or without add-ons disabled as suggested in a 2011 post.

This is a MAJOR problem, as accounts cannot be verified at all. Why is this happening, and what is the fix?
