Windows 10: capture card issue

I have an issue with my capture card is tried driver reinstall several times WHEN I CONNECT THE PHONE TO PC VIA A AUDIO EXPRESS USB 3.0 WITH A HDMI INPUTand it didn't work, it seems to be making this either a fuzzy screen or green screen i use obs studio on my windows 11 laptop hp-notebook 15-fc0000And my device of the phone is samsung Galaxy s24 128gb 8GB

To understand the issue better, I would like to know do ‘’when you say update’’ do you refer to November update (Windows 10 Version 1511)?

Let’s try simple troubleshooting steps and check if this helps in resolving the issue. I recommend you to uninstall/reinstall the capture card driver and check. Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Locate for the device (Capture card) and click on it to expand.
  
• 
  Right click on the device and click on
  uninstall.
  

Go to the capture card manufacturer website, download and install the latest capture card driver.

I tried this but still can't see my capture card and the manufacturer told me they have no drivers for windows 10

I am searching for a capture card for HD video editing.

I wanted the Pinnacle MovieBoard 700 Plus, but it's out of stock till Mid September.

Any suggestions?
