Windows 10: CARET BROWSER PARALYZED MY KEYBOARD

please help, my laptop was perfectly fine until one morning i put on my laptop to type in my password and figured my keyboard wasn't working and the same pop up asking me if i want to put on caret browser. the only way i could input my password was with my usb keyboard that is broken now please get back to me the only way im typing is with my on screen keyboard but i fixed it but some keys still aren't working and dont tell me to go to command promt because it is not working

Caret Browsing is when you use the keyboard to navigate a browser using the
Home, End, Page Up/Down, and
arrow keys instead of the mouse. If the message to turn on Caret Browsing pops up, you will see a blue border on either
Yes or No. Use use the left or right arrow keys to change the selection, and then press
Enter to confirm your choice. You can also use the Tab
key on the keyboard.
