Windows 10: Cascading BSOD Issues despite drive reformat & windows reinstall

Help!For the last month, I've had increasingly frequent random BSOD occurrences. The first time it happened was when I was playing BG3 on Steam. After the initial BSOD, there was cascading BSOD with different stop codes anytime my computer attempted to reboot. It was only after I did a hard shut down and then restarted a day later that the BSOD stopped. Based on the stop code, I thought it could be a driver issue so I updated my graphics card. That seemed to make things better. However, a few days later it happened again also while playing a Steam game. This time the graphics driver was up-to
