    All I asked Richard at technical support was get my mouse back working. He wasnt successful and asked to escalate it ton2nd stage. Says they werent available. Took over my computer with quick assist. He reservado the computer and left but whatever He did not my computer wiĺl not start correctly qnd cannot connect to the internet. I wish I never called and just used the pad instead of having a non funcioning computer and now have to take to a tech shop or buy a new computer. I tried reaching this person Richard again but he cant be found. Microsoft has no phone support and no one respond

    Help choosing a new case

    Don't really know how to help you. You are being vague. Here is what I would do. Choosing a case is aesthetics first. Shop NewEgg and list the cases you like and list them. Members will suggest the best choice from your selections.
