Windows 10: Casual Games Jigsaw

I have not been able to access any section of the Jigsaw website or play daily or complete my classic jigsaws. It takes a long time to download to the Jigsaw website and after choosing an option I have to wait even more time for ad to download. The ad starts and then cuts right out of the Jigsaw website and I have to try re-loading to Jigsaw, it keeps on doing this and I have to give up after half-an hour. Until the 27th July I have played Jigsaw for years, slow, but it has worked until now. What is the problem?? Did the recent big MS Windows upgrade damage the link to Jigsaw??

Microsoft Classic Jigsaw Puzzles - How to re-look at solved puzzles

Method: Check last played game.

1. Open Jigsaw Puzzle.
   
2. Search for My account and you will see images below
   My account, click on the image and all your last solved puzzle will be there.

Microsoft Jigsaw -keeps crashing and closing down

Jigsaw has lost all my purchased collections

There's a lot of possible reasons why you're unable to sign in on a certain on the Xbox app. One of which is having a corrupted app file. To help you resolve this concern, I recommend that you perform the steps below:

Step 1: Reset the Xbox app.

1. Click Start and click Settings.
2. Select System.
3. Select Apps & features.
4. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
5. Click Reset.
6. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.

Step 2: Reset the Microsoft Jigsaw from the Settings menu to resolve any corrupted game data.

1. Click Start and click Settings.
2. Select System.
3. Select Apps & features.
4. Find Microsoft Jigsaw and click Advanced options.
5. Click Reset.
6. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.

Step 3: Uninstall the Microsoft Jigsaw from program list.

1. Click Start.
2. Right-click on the Microsoft Jigsaw from the program list.
3. Click uninstall.
4. Reinstall the game from Windows app store.
