Windows 10: Caution Sign on Microsoft Store Not Disappearing

Hello Sir/Madam,I have been recently trying to get rid of the caution sign on my Microsoft Store icon. I have tried resetting the computer but the icon is still there, I used ws.reset but when it closed nothing happened. I tried Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"} but it just comes up with thislease reply soon as possible since I need the Microsoft Store badly.Thanks, Aarav.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

Update us with the result.

What happens when you try to sign to Windows Store?

Please give us the complete error message if any.

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.
