    Hi

    please i need help

    i use to have windows 10 home

    now i have windows 10 pro

    my cctv program use toe show my cameras on windows 10 home now with windowa 10 pro the program pick up the nvr on port 5050 and the cameras on port 8091 but doesn't display the cameras it runs an i8 protocol i allowd the program on the firewall opened the ports on the firewall and also like the old pc i have 2 connections ons the network fiber and LTE the only difference is the new pc has 2 network ports i only use one like on the old pc the only difference is the operating system windows 10 home windows 10 pro and the extra network prort is windows 10 pro blocking the cctv display? please please help

    Provide us the following information to assist you further.

    ->Is the issue persist only with CCTV?

    Firstly, I’d suggest you to uninstall the display drivers and re-install the same and check if that fixes the issue.



    Follow the steps to uninstall the Video card drivers.

    a. Press Windows Key + X and then click
    Device Manager.

    b. Expand Display Adapters.

    c. Right on the Display Adapter and select uninstall.

    e. Restart the computer.


    Once completed, restart your computer. Your Display Drivers will automatically install.

    You may also logon to the computer manufacturer website and download the latest CCTV drivers and get it installed.

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Cannot view CCTV footage

    As you have mentioned that you are facing the issue specific to viewing your CCTV footage. I would suggest that you contact the manufacturer of the CCTV as we do not provide assistance to any third party software.
