    I have a Lenovo laptop running Windows 11 Build 22631. I rip thousands of CDs into my collection. I have always used Pacific Digital burners, but they have started to not work very well with Win11. I found a new Yamaha CRW 2200ix Firewire burner and decided to give it a try. I had to get a Firewire to USB adapter and plugged it in. It is AC powered. So, as soon as I plug it in, I start getting the "Unknown USB Device needs more power than the port can supply." error. I have deleted all of the USB Controllers/Hubs and restarted several times as well as changed out the Firewire cable for a new o

    2. Try A Different USB Port

    4. Change Setting Of The Power Management
    5. Disable Quick Startup

    Power surge on USB port

    Power surge on USB port keeps flashing, Unknown usb device using more power than port can supply. Tried reboot, nothing has been plugged in but AC cord. Once unplugged this happens.
