Windows 10: Cd doors won't open

Discus and support Cd doors won't open in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; Their is no hole to put in a paper clip. My cd is running.     Cd doors won't open


    Their is no hole to put in a paper clip. My cd is running. I can't go into control panel and get the cd's to shut down or eject. I have a Dell computer. wqhat do I do?

    Thanks for that I am trying to transfer all the data from my old computer to this one but without a CD door it makes it difficult any suggestions

    I just got my inspiron 14 3000 and need to connect my wireless printer but don't know how to open the cd/dvd door.

    There should be a button on it. If not, open File Explorer and right-click on the optical drive and select "Eject."
