Cellular doesn't work with my mobile operator

Hi, I have a device with an integrated LTE modem. The modem has the specific bands of my mobile carrier, but I can't seem to connect. When I go to mobile operator settings, there is no way to edit the APN. I tried the "netsh mbn add profile" command, but that doesn't work. When I check with readyinfo, it is blank on the subscriberID and SIM ICC Id; and it also says "stack is off" for State. I tried to use another carrier's sim and that one worked fine. Also, with the other carrier, I was able to see the missing mobile operator settings. My sim card works on phones. Does anyone know what the pr

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    Thanks again!!

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I ran SeaTools. These are the results:

Does it mean my HDD is useless?

  3. Manage cellular connections - choose roaming operator

    Hi
Is there any way to manage cellular connections (mobile broadband) better in Windows 10? I would like to be able to see available operators and choose to which to connect. Maybe there is an app that gives you that level of control?
    Thanks for any suggestions.

    Cellular

    Hello,

We understand that you want to access the internet using your cellular connection. To do so, you should have a data plan from a mobile operator. Refer to this article on how to access the

    cellular settings in Windows 10.

Since the Cellular option is not showing under the Network & Internet settings, you can run the Network troubleshooter as an initial troubleshooting step. This will help diagnose and resolve common connection issues. Here's
    how:

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type Network troubleshooter, and then select
Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
    • Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if you will be able to see
      Cellular
option under the Network and Internet settings.

Feel free to let us know on how it goes for you. We'll be more than happy to assist further.
