Windows 10: Center Taskbar icons ont sceond Monitor

I centered my icons on the Main Taskbar my questen now:

Is it possible to center the Taskbar icons on the second toolbar on my second Monitor?

System Icons on taskbar

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.

Action Center Taskbar Icon not Showing App Icons

Volume icon missing from Taskbar
