  1. Certain Apps Being "Blocked By Your Administrator" After Windows 11 22H2 Upgrade

I have two domain-joined corporate laptops that is managed by group policy and by InTune. One of them was running Windows 10 Enterprise Build 21H2, and the other one was running Windows 11 Enterprise Build 21H2. Both laptops last week were upgraded to Build 22H2 of Windows 11, and ever since then for some reason, certain apps are not working at at, and when you try to use them, it comes up with the image shown below. The laptop that already had windows 11 on it does not have this issue nearly as badly and can mostly be worked around. On that laptop, the only thing that triggers it would be if

This App has been blocked by your system administrator

On one of my 3 Windows 11 systems, I continue to be unable to run any of the Microsoft Store apps such as notepad, scan, calc, etc., including the Store app itself and instead get the following message - "This App has been blocked by your system administrator". I've spent many hours and visited many websites in an attempt to diagnose and resolve this problem - with no luck ! I've tried many suggestions posted on various websites with no positive results. I've uninstalled all of the Microsoft Store Apps and reinstalled them and still get the same message. Is there a comprehensive list of flags, settings (registry, for example), file properties, security policies, etc. listed anywhere that, if set, would cause this message to be issued, resulting in failure to start any of the aforementioned Store apps. I want to avoid reinstalling Windows from scratch - some not-so-obvious setting/policy is not allowing these apps from running. BTW, I am running Windows 11 21H2 (OS Build 22000.739). Any help would be appreciated. One last idea - are there any tracing capabilities that would log/trace the path from clicking on the app through to the point of failure ?
