Windows 10: Certain apps running slow after 2021-03 Cumulative Update. Any Assistence is Appreciated

Hey guys, I've recently downloaded the 2021-03 Cumulative Update. Ever since, most of my apps work fine (Steam, Twitch, ect.) however, certain apps like CKAN (Comprehensive Kerbal Archive Network), Discord, Clipgrab and Nexus Mod Manager have been running incredibly slowly and sometimes flat-out won't work. Further more, When I attempted to reinstall these apps, They failed to install at all. The weird thing is that when I open these apps offline they work as intended. Does anyone here know what's going on and if so, How can I fix it?

• Click on ‘View All’ on the top left pane.
