Windows 10: Certain games refuse to work where everything else does

HiSo there are 3 games and one specific DLC of one game that refuses to work on my PC and none of them really have anything in common. It's driving me nuts trying to fix it cause nothing I find online has done anything! I've uninstalled drivers, booted into safe mode, clean boots, rolled back to old drivers, sfc scans, everything that I could relating to the error. And my temps are always fine.Those 3 games and specific DLC are: - Cyberpunk 2077- Warframe- Specifically the Arms Race DLC for Borderlands 3 and nowhere else in that game- Tiny Tina's Wonderlands anytime I raise the settings higher

Certain games won't work after a factory reset

• Did you install your games using the Microsoft Store?
• Do you receive any error message?
