Windows 10: Certain games will not download from the Microsoft Store. Greyed out Install button.

I own Visions of Mana that was released on 8/28/24 on my XBox. I came to install it in the Microsoft store and it says that I own it, but the Install button is greyed out. I have installed the newest updates for the store and the computer is brand new. It will allow me to install the Demo and it offers to let me purchase it if I sign out of my account, but when logging into my account that owns it already, the option to install is unavailable.Custom PCWin 6432GB RAMi7 Processor800GB SDD AvailablePictures attached.

Hello,

I recently have purchased a Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription and I have found that when I attempt to download a couple certain games (Such as Prey, Surviving Mars, and Metro Exodus) the install button is greyed out and doesn't let me click on it, but for
other games (Gears of War 4, Halo wars 2) it works perfectly fine, I have tried to fix it using the wsreset command in CMD, to no avail.

Hello

When I updated my ASUS Tranformer Book from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 Home, I wanted to install certain apps. Some of them didn't work at first because of an error. Then I decided to try to install Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition, but the button was greyed out for unknown reasons. My tablet has got a x64 processor but works on a x32 OS. The game requires only x64 processor according to the specs on the store.
