Windows 10: Certain keys do not repeat correctly on my windows 11 Laptop.

My S key and maybe my X key do not repeat properly when I am playing any sort of game. While they CAN repeat. It doesn't do it immediately, I might have to double-click it every-time.Yes, I did reinstall every single keyboard driver, yes, I restarted my laptop multiple times, yes, I did turn off sticky-keys and filter-keys, and no, I have 0 dust or gunk under my keyboard.Remember that this issue only happens when I am playing a game, could it be from lag? Or is my game set up wrong?

Repeating Keys don't repeat

windows 10, Lenovo laptop yoga.

For one logon the repeating keys ( Backspace and Space) do not repeat when held down. The On-screen touchscreen keys do repeat correctly. Repeating keys work correctly with any other logon.

No extra hardware on machine.

 

Windows 7 repeating keys uncontrollably

As the title states my desktop has recently taken to repeating the 9 key uncontrollably for no apparent reason and I cannot find any definitive reason why?? I need some form of help desperately!

A few things about my system:

-I do not have a spare keyboard sadly or anyone who I could borrow one from in a convenient timeframe.
-I have a wireless keyboard but even when the batteries are out and the receiver is disconnected the key still repeats.
-I have tried removing both 9 keys and found nothing wrong to indicate a problem
-I have also tried chucking my keyboard at the floor to no avail (cheap keyboard want a new one anyway)
-Would really prefer not to have to reinstall Windows
-I am using windows 7 Home Premium SP1

Laptop Mousepad not working correctly

Take actions related to touchpad driver

Windows Key+X (Or right click on Start) > Click Device Manager > Expand Human Interface devices > Right click on the touchpad listed there >

A. Roll back the driver (You will have to repeat the steps for all entries listed including Synaptics)

Click Properties > Under Drive tab, if Rollback Driver is enabled click it

B. Update driver from manufacturer's website (You will have to repeat the steps for all entries listed including Synaptics)

Go to the website of the computer's manufacturer > See if some driver is released for your model and OS > If yes, download that > Install the downloaded driver > Restart your computer
