Windows 10: Certain keys on brand new keyboard not working

Seen in the image below. Certain keys on my brand new keyboard are not working,It had initially worked without issue in the very beginning when I plugged it in. But now, certain keys are not working.I have Uninstalled the keyboard already. I already tried updating drivers...etcCurrently running:Windows 11 Home 64bit, Version 22H2, OS Build 22621.172Keyboard is an Xtech Armiger XTK51E Gaming Keyboard

Suggest you to launch the on-screen keyboard to check if the issue persists.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

  Press “Windows key + R” to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
  

Also suggest you to install any pending Windows updates on the pc to check if that helps.
Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

Further, you may also boot the computer in a clean boot state and check if the issue persists. When you start Microsoft Windows, typically there are several programs that start automatically and run in the background that may interfere with the system.
These programs may include antivirus and system utility programs. When you perform a clean startup procedure, you prevent these programs from starting automatically.

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
