    certain keys on my laptop are not responding


    hello my hp laptops keys have stopped working. specifically the w, r, o, p, and backspace. i’ve tried the device manager thing and uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard and i’ve restarted it quite a few times now. it doesn’t seem to be responsive since normally the keys light up when pressed but these keys don’t have any reaction. i’ve tried to trouble shoot it in settings, but i can’t find the setting for it.

    Get Windows 10 app not responding after changing product key

    • Windows 8.1 was with KMS license
    • Reserved free upgrade to Windows 10
    • Bought Windows 8.1 product key and changed product key via PC info app
    • Get Windows 10 app not responding.
    Steps tried

    • Uninstall KB 3035583 using wusa /uninstall
    • Restart
    • Reinstall KB 3035583 using Windows Update
    • Restart
    • Click on Get Windows 10 icon, not responding.
