Windows 10: Certain keys on my PC are broken, please help.

My d key, F4 key, and Caps Lock key are broken, being d key being the least broken since it still functions on certain times. And when I press all 3 of those broken keys, it often results in pressing the F1 key. And if I press F1, F4 and Caps Lock, it results in pressing the d key with no problems. Other combinations like F1, F4 and d don't result in anything. Also, F1 is not broken in any way, only those 3 are. Please help me.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

  Press “Windows key + R” to get the run window.

  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
  

Also suggest you to install any pending Windows updates on the pc to check if that helps.
Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

Further, you may also boot the computer in a clean boot state and check if the issue persists. When you start Microsoft Windows, typically there are several programs that start automatically and run in the background that may interfere with the system.
These programs may include antivirus and system utility programs. When you perform a clean startup procedure, you prevent these programs from starting automatically.

I suggest the following simple steps:

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.
