Certain Programs opened, I can't use my mouse to click off to use another application.I'll have a browser full screen opened in the background while I'll just open task manager becoming the main focus. Then I can't use my mouse to click off to use my browser in the background. The workaround to this is I have to ALT-TAB to get off the the task manager then I can use my browser or other software on my system. Seems buggy. Not sure when this started happening either considering my laptop is only just over 1 year old and had several updates including Win11.At first it didn't bother me, just

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

Did you open Task Manager as I suggested? Please don't make this more difficult than it needs to be.

 

stoping running programs

There are certain apps in Windows that aren't possible to be stopped as they're needed by your system. If you want to stop certain apps to be stopped from running in the back ground, follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key, and type in "task manager".
• Choose Task Manager > More details.
• Right-click on the apps that you want to stop from running, and click on
  End task.

Let us know what happens after following the suggestion.
