Windows 10: Certain programs just static. Help needed.

Ok so basically i've had this computer for 4 years. It's done me pretty good but there have been a few roadblocks.Anyways, i was trying to play the new minecraft update, but when i try to load it with the launcher, everything works fine, but the program itself just turns to static. The sound works fine, i can still press the buttons on screen, but i can't see anything. Instead it's just the kind of static that shows up on tv screens. This isn't even just minecraft, i've had it happen with a multitude of programs before, for example Blender, Friday Night Funkin', Unity, Musecore 3, etc.I didn't

Static IP on Lumia 950.

Hi,

Follow the steps below and check if the features to apply static IP is available in your device.

• Navigate to settings.
• Search or navigate to “Wi-Fi”.
• Scroll all the way down and tap “static ip”.
• Turn on “Configure network settings manually”.
• Key in the IP address, subnet mask and other details

Note: Do remember that your router / DHCP should support allocating static IP for this feature to work.

If the above feature is not available then your model may not support the same.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
