Windows 10: Certain programs or games dont launch with win10 2004 update

Anyone else having this issue? Or know a solution. One game I play won't load, PUBG, and ive heard other people have trouble launching different games or programs.

Any thoughts?

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 19041) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)

BIOS: 2417 (type: UEFI)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.6GHz

Memory: 32768MB RAM

DirectX Version: DirectX 12

GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 latest drivers

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

After Updating to windows 10 steam application and games dont open

I would suggest you to install the game in compatibility mode and check if it works,

Compatibility mode

Follow the steps below on how to install game in compatibility mode:

1. Download the installation files from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.
