  1. certain tabs flicker

My problem is difficult to describe, but certain tabs flicker when I open them on my laptop. It happens when using drop down menus in games and when trying to view emails on the mail app most notably. Also when I open the power menu, the sleep option looks like it vibrates. The drop down menus in games will rapidly open and close until I manage to actually click on the menu or accidentally click out of it, the same happens when I try to read mail on the mail app. I've run a security scan using Malwarebytes but it couldn't detect anything, is it a hardware issue?

It's also happening with the drop down menus below for category, windows version, and windows topics. I had to use the arrow keys because I couldn't actually click on anything with them

System information says I'm on version 10.0.18362 Build 18362. I'm using Windows 10.

    :)
