Certain Websites Do Not Function Properly

I will open major websites such as YouTube, Gmail, Netflix, and Outlook, and they refuse to function properly.YouTube buffers every 2 seconds, even though I have a stable internet connection 200mbps down and upNetflix will not play any show.Gmail and Outlook won't let me log in.I've tried everything, driver updates, bios updates, I even reset my entire SSD to a clean install of Windows 11 and 10 multiple times. The only thing that fixes this issue is using a VPN. However, I do not want to have a VPN running non stop, and I don't want just some temporary solution to this issue. Any suggestion

    :)

  2. Can't access certain websites in Win10

    Hi Alan,

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community.

I appreciate your efforts and time.

    • As I understand you are unable to access certain websites, what websites are you not able to access?
    • Have you logged in with a Microsoft account or a local account?
I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

    • Network troubleshooter. Either search for it in the Search or run it by following the link below.
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/cant-connect-to-network#1TC=windows-8

    • Try a different network adapter/connection type if possible.
    • Check for Windows Updates.
    • Check for drivers for the network adapter.
    • Open a CMD window as Administrator:
      • dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
      • sfc /scannow
      • netsh winsock reset
Also try to restart the DNS service.

    • Press Windows Logo Key+X. Click on Run.
    • Type services.msc. Click on Ok.
    • Then find DNS client. Right-click on it to Stop it and Restart it.
If the issue persists, do get back to us. We will be happy to assist you.

  3. Windows 10 function keys not working properly

    Hi Brianna,

I suggest you to Uninstall and Reinstall the Keyboard Drivers and see if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall the Keyboard Drivers

    • Press “Windows Logo” + “X” keys on the keyboard.
    • Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
    • Search for the Keyboard from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that and then remove
the corrupted drivers from the computer.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer if prompted.
After the restart, please go ahead with the next steps to install the latest drivers and check if that resolves the issue.

Update Driver Software from the Manufacturer’s website:

Step 2: Go to the Computer manufacturer’s website and search for the latest Windows 10 drivers available for the Keyboard and then install it by following the instructions given in the website.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.
