Hello: I am trying to generate CSR based on AWS CloudHSM documentation https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cloudhsm/latest/userguide/signtool-sdk5.html/. Based on this I have installed AWS's CloudHSMKSP msi, configured and connects to AWS CloudHSM. certutil /csplist show "Provider Name: CloudHSM Key Storage Provider" I have the following in request.inf, with modifications to the subject field as applicable to my organization. Certreq error 0x80090020 NTE_FAIL

Hi,

I am having an issue trying to generate a basic CSR with certreq

OS: Windows 11 22H2 VDI with vTPM on VMWare 7



Issue: We are trying to generate a basic CSR using

however it returns the error: “An internal error occurred. 0x80090020 (-2146893792 NTE_FAIL)”



We are using a basic request policy, I’ve tried a few variations but I don’t think the request file is the issue. We just need to generate the key pair so we have the corresponding private key when the CSR is singed. Policy file:

We are seeing errors logged in the Windows “Crypto-NCrypt” log for the user trying to run the certreq command:

I feel like it’s something to do with the vTPM but its not really my area of expertise.

• Which browser are you referring to ?
• Have you cross checked this issue on other browsers?
• Which is the website, you are redirected to?

A site's certificate allows Internet Explorer to establish a secure connection with the site. Certificate errors occur when there's a problem with a certificate or a web server's use of the certificate.

Hi it is has been a while since I have ask for help an here is goes.

"DirectX Setup Error: An internal error occurred" Hello I have this problem with all the games installed on origin, in particular, Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2 an Mass Effect 3. Thank you. This problem has occurred with Windows 10

What Origin told me as Fellow with the Error Codes:

We've encountered a problem
Mass Effect: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 327684:1

Mass Effect 2: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 327684:1

Mass Effect 3: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 327684:1

Here is the Steps I have taken:

If you go into the Origin games folder for the games in question and run the DXSETUP from there, does that make any difference? This file is normally localed in __Installer\directx\redist or a similar location within the game
folder.
