Will an AMD A-10 Processor work with RealSense

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

The Intel RealSense F200 camera now works on AMD systems. Intel does state that the camera is only supposed to work with Intel processors (4th generation i3, i5, i7 or later Intel® Core™ processor) – however, the company
recently released a new update
for its firmware which apparently brings support for AMD systems.

After posting this issue I found the following on the Intel website:

Windows* 10 Creators Update Build 15063 Is Not
Compatible with Intel® RealSense™ SR300 Camera Driver Posted by

Currently, the Depth functions of the camera driver for the Intel® RealSense™ SR300 Camera do not work with Windows* 10 Creators Update build 15063. Windows* Hello and the RGB functions of the SR300 may continue to work normally in Windows 10 Build 15063
but this is not guaranteed. The F200 and R200 camera drivers are not affected and continue to function normally.

If you want to continue to use the Depth functions of the SR300 camera, do not install Windows* 10 Creators Update build 15063 through Windows Update.

Intel RealSense engineers are working on this issue and we will communicate the solution when it is available.
