Windows 10: CFexpress Type B Card Readers not recognized on Windows 10 PC

Sometime in the last month, my Windows 10 PC has changed. I didn't install any new programs. When I insert my Sony MRW-G1 CFexpress Type B Card Reader, the drive letter isn't displayed on Windows explorer, so I can no longer access the card. I also have a ProGrade Digital CFexpress Type B and UHS-II SDXC Dual-Slot USB 3.1 Card Reader. The SD Card slot does appear on explorer, but not the CFexpress Card slot. Both of the card readers do work on a different windows 10 PC that I own. Looking at the drivers that the PCs use, the versions of the drivers are different. Both PCs have current Wi

Realtek Card Reader not working since Windows 10 upgrade

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue.

Please answer these questions to assist you better.

• Does Device Manager recognizes Realtek card reader?
• Do you get any error message?

Follow the steps below and check.

Run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with the Bluetooth adapter. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
  
• 
  Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.
  

Also install all pending updates in your computer. Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

Unable to access Compact flash card reader on Windows 10

Do let us know the following to assist you better with accessing the Card reader:

• Were you able to see if the device is detected/recognized in Device Manager?
• What is the status of the drive in Device Manager?
• What is the complete make and model of your devices?

Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: If the device is not detected on your computer try to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

Hardware and Devices troubleshooter
checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

  key from the keyboard, type Troubleshooting and select it.

  Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
