Windows 10: challenges with my Levono and Microsoft

Discus and support challenges with my Levono and Microsoft in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; So happy I have this community forum since talking to folks is out of favor with this tech generation...sucks. 1. on start up, I get the fuzzy screen...     challenges with my Levono and Microsoft


    So happy I have this community forum since talking to folks is out of favor with this tech generation...sucks.


    1. on start up, I get the fuzzy screen until I shut down my computer and restart - this happens 80% of the time at start up.


    2. when I respond to an email via forward or reply - I will get chinese characters in the space where I created a reply/response


    3. the system won't pick up the email address from the taskbar icon contact listing nor will it allow me to send an email by clicking on the icon in a meeting notice and other times


    4. system won't let me edit or send an email from the contacts as above including setting up a meeting notice, it won't let me change the time zone.


    5. system won't let me click the icon to add my signature block to my email template; now I am cutting/pasting it from a draft setup folder


    All of this looks related to me except #1.

    There are many possible reasons why you are experiencing issues with Microsoft Sudoku Daily Challenges. It is possible that the app needs an update or an error with the in-game server. To properly isolate your concern, please provide us the following information:

    • Did the issue start after an update?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to resolve the issue?
    • Does the same issue occur on your other apps?

    In the meantime, we suggest that you install all the critical and important Windows Updates on your PC by following the steps on this

    Thanks for your reply Mithin EJ. Yes it is the Microsoft Solitaire collection, I have not tried either of your suggestions but will give it a go on tomorrow's Challenge. Many thanks
